Position Description
As a Customer Success Manager at Kabeen, you will play a key role in ensuring our clients' satisfaction and success. You will be responsible for managing client relationships and ensuring that our services meet their business needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage client relationships to ensure long-term satisfaction and loyalty.
- Understand clients' business and IT objectives and ensure that our solutions meet them.
- Provide clients with product demonstrations and training on our SaaS IT system mapping solution.
- Work closely with the sales team to identify new opportunities within existing clients.
- Collaborate with the technical team to address clients' issues and improve the product based on clients' feedback.
- Monitor and report on the product's usage by clients, tracking key performance indicators (KPIs).
Qualifications
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in client relationship management, preferably in the SaaS/IT field.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to build relationships.
- The ability to understand and present technical concepts to various audiences.
- Experience working with a cross-functional team.
- Basic knowledge of IT systems.
- Proficiency in French and English.
